Our service team is just a phone call away to travel all over the Bangladesh whether it is routine overhauling, emergency repair or major break down of turbocharger.

 

These engineers have been trained by in-house experts and at manufacturer work’s to carry out service and repair of all most all turbocharger models.

 

Our service engineer generally travel with a service kit to save time. 

 

 

 

 

WORKSHOP SERVICE

All our workshops are having state of the art machineries such as :

 

• Dynamic balancing machine 

• Glass bead blasting machine

• Reblading stands, jigs and fixtures

• Ultrasonic Crack Detection test Equipment

We also are maintaining a stock of spares both reconditioned and new to cater to the needs of the customers. All spares supplied by us are as per the correct specifications. 

 

 

 

 

DYNAMIC BALANCING

Our specialised repair service includes:

 

• Dynamic balancing of complete rotor assemblies.

• Reblading of rotor shaft

• Turbine blade repair

• Retrofits and performance improvement projects.

• Metal spray on rotor shaft, machining and grinding.

 

Dynamic Balancing: 

Working with high speed rotating machineries one of the important things is balancing.  Excessive vibration in rotating machinery can cause unacceptable levels of noise and, more importantly, substantially reduce the life of bearings and can cause severe damage to the turbocharger and break downs of these turbochargers can harm personnel.  The unbalance is caused by an effective displacement of the mass centre line from the true axis caused by some mass eccentricity in the unit.  The best one can do is to reduce this unbalance to a level that will not adversely affect the bearing life and will reduce noise levels to an acceptable level through Dynamic Balancing.  

 

 

 

 

 

REBLADING OF ROTOR SHAFT

We offer reblading services for turbine blades On Exchange Basis or Complete replacement with new turbine blades. 

The process includes the removal of old blades, drawing development, reverse engineering and also the turbine blade set on exchange basis if schedules are extremely tight. 

The re-blading helps in the efficient functioning of these machines and ensures long lasting functional life in a cost effective manner.
